This post is primarily aimed at people in the backup support team.

I'll be doing further posts at 5.30pm - and, if needed, at 7.30pm and breakfast time tomorrow. After that I'll busy for two weeks.

It may be that there will still be some people on 'the list' at that stage.
Are there any takers amongst you to become the next 'guardian' of 'the list'?

If you may be able to, then please PM me -I think it's better to do this by PM rather than clog up this thread.

Hopefully this won't be needed - but I thought I'd mention it now, just in case.

Will post again re this later this evening.

    Thanks

Hi northernstar5 just Pm'd dont mind taking over the list!

    Hi

to those who offered comments regarding me not being able to request a withdrawal from my Kaupthing account yesterday, I managed to do it OK this morning.

I've requested ALL my money and will put it in another, but UK, account.

Lets hope ING get hit hard from all the compensation claims.

So you would rather KE were not taken over by ING so you could join the queue behind those who saved with ICESAVE, not knowing where your money is or whether you will get your money back in 3 or 6 months time

There are those of us who are very happy that the accounts went to ING so that we know where our money is and have access to it, even if its a bit slow. You should be thankful

  • Was out doing a Prize Giving (local celebrity  ) at our local High School and this kept me from checking my a/c for about 5 hours. Came back home 20 mins ago, confidently checked my a/c only to find no change. Beginning to despair! Has noone received funds today?
