Guys, it was there. I have been staring at the screen for the last 15 minutes and keep logging back in to check. Just to let you know I have just had an email from Allison Hinds from the Have Your Say team at the bbc - asking what the current situation is. I have emailed her back explaining about the list of 40 and giving her the link to this thread.
