God I feel a fool, just double checked my nominated account details with KE and on setting it up I must have transposed two digits so the money has nowhere to go. Fortunately the account number is not a valid one so the money must be somewhere, what a waste of time worrying was. Just a thought, some of others might have done the same thing, worth a look.
I have initiated traces from both ends and have to send proof of my existance to KE so hopefully it will work out.

I have to withdraw 33k think i will wait a few weeks till all this mess clears up then the money will go under the stair carpet at least i can get to it

Very good point.

I advise everybody to double check that all your figures are correct.

There would be nothing more annoying than contacting ING with the wrong details.

KE had the wrong sort code down for me, and even after I sent them recent statements from my liked account to prove they had got the wrong sort code, it wasn't changed, I didn't notice and did a bacs transfer on 26/9 before all the problems started. Still not seen that bacs yet - very worrying.

Hello list, I'm back now for the afternoon to watch events unfolding. TGIF maybe for all of us......? I do hope so.

I have just called ING as suggested, and they politely took details from me to set up their missing payment form, and said they'd be back to me within 2 working days. Urgh.

The 08451 31 32 33 put out today always has been contact number for KE webpage. I guess their operators have been given different instructons today on how to deal with us, not the old brush off we're used to.

Hope these payments start appearing this afternoon of their own accord, good luck all.
