You'll get your apology when italiastar admits he was wrong
He/she wasn't. You made youself look a fool by over-egging your IT knowledge, throwing insults around, and disappearing after getting it spectacularly wrong.

You quoted it without understanding it. Your lack of knowledge was evident but despite several of us pointing it out you were never going to admit it. I'll add stubborn to the list too then.

You treat every poster as if they're either stupid, lying or hiding something, so you're bound to be right some time  A stopped clock and all that...

A lot more than some though isn't it! More nearer all.

Urm, you know more than tesco staff, I think not, Please go get a job in tesco learn the policies then come back and talk

    kthnx

Ok then you tell me how come a member of staff on customer service within the tesco store tells me that tesco have never in her fifteen years of working there taken coupons for items not bought, another member of staff on the checkout tells me that its ten percent, a checkout manager had told me perviously that the policy is you can use coupons if you don't buy the product as long as its one of each and there is no limit, to be told by a checkout member that you have to buy the product, then to be told that it used to be unlimited but they changed it as too many people were using coupons, this is all in one store. Oh and the customer service kept me waiting fourty five minutes to sort this out, so tesco don't give a dam about their customers and some of tesco staff are nice but most have a attuide.

Thanks, we all have an attiude with customers like you fact, seriously you give attitude you get it back but then you complain to get money off cards etc. I'm glad I'm on career break from there, I don't have to listen to customers with the attitude, and yes I do think you have an attitude.

In answer to what you asked, thats a training issue and a miss communication of the policy or the staff ignoring team 5. Why you asking 3 different people? becuase you never got the answer you wanted?

Coupon customers are some of the most violent I know, I've had to restrain customers when they have nearly linched a member of my team because they never got a coupon for 5p off because they spent £50 in 3 transactions not 1 as per the terms and conditions, Ive refused a coupon because they filled 2 cars and tried claiming discount.

Retail staff are treated like poo but still we have to kiss your bum and call it ice cream.

Oh I was reading in the grocer a few months back that staff from tesco poland went on strike because of the lack of respect given by customers, Tesco gave them a pay rise, Hmm I wonder if we did that :P
