Hi everyone :wave: and welcome to the new people

i kept falling asleep on and off yesterday evening and slept a very unsettled sleep until 4am on the sofa so im feeling rough today :rolleyes: i have the new meds to take tonight so im desperately hoping for a good nights sleep ..... im not holding out much hope though :rotfl:

im sorry i just cant reply to everything today as 'certain' people have run away with the thread again

bigzippy those paintings are fab the butterfly one is gorgeous and i love the jewellery my fingers would get all knotted if i tried that

lupus is one of the few things i havent been tested for i think,

alcohol... havent touched a drop in years as each time i tried even a small glass of baileys at xmas i was so ill! i thought the dodgy tummy was just the ibs but then again lets just blame it on the fms

im sure there were other things i wanted to reply to but the fibrofog has taken over completely and my beds calling me again, its my day off tomorrow so i expect to spend mopst of it asleep ... bliss

oh remembered i wanted to say....

CwtA the lights thing looks fabulous my youngest would love that

and the laptop, if i just want to lay back on the sofa, i get all the cushions behind me and lie back with my legs bent and the lappy on the front of them?? i still have to shuffle a lot but its pretty comfy for a while apart from the carpal tunnel type pains i get in my wrists :rolleyes: but then i get them whatever and when the laptop was broken for a short while i just couldnt sit for more than 10 minutes at the pc as my back was agony!

i thinks thats all i remembered :rotfl:
