I'm so impressed, your all so techy, I dont know the first thing about comps I still havnt found out how to copy the texts in here or send in photos
If you want to copy text (I presume you mean quote some or all of a previous post) click on the (oh bums, got to go back and have a look now - this short term memory prob is a right pain in the ...) click on the 'quote' button in the box of the message you want to reply to.
You can then either just type your message under the final [ / quote ] tag (I've put spaces in there, or it mucks up the quote mechanism) which would quote the whole message first, or you could delete the bits of the message you don't want (but be careful you don't chop off any of the quote tags or it won't work) and it'll quote the specific bits you want.
Once you've mastered that bit, if you want, I can try and help you with things like multi-quoting (not as difficult as it sounds) and pics, etc.s/e0 -

Very pleased you've got your heating back on Cwta and hope you manage to successfully claim back some money for the eleccy etc. It's all faff that should really be unnecessary, in an ideal world, innit?
Suep - cheers. I am still on 20mg of Ami as well as my (whatever it is) mgs of pregabalin. (Writing this just reminded me I've forgotten to take it, again!, this morning...well, I say "morning", but we all know I mean "early afternoon")Seems to be working ok so far.
I've made an appt for tomorrow arvo with GP and couldn't remember for the life of me why last nightI'm still not totally convinced! :rotfl:
I've been to the dentist this afternoon. £44.10 ()and a weird filling later and you'd think it'd be sorted..? Not so. I've discovered that he may've filled the gap...but not to the edges of the gap to the shape of the tooth. So I still have sharp bits. Grrr. And he'll wonder why I don't wanna hand over £350-500 to do a decent crown on my front tooth next!Cwta wrote:BZ, I'm afraid axel has made me go all soppy. S_e unless you have more than ample RAM (like 3-4gb) I really wouldn't bother. All Vista will do is slow your system right down! I'm running laptop with 1gb and it's driving me crazy how slow it goes... but I can't be @rsed with the faff of taking it off and starting again with XP. (Plus I like the Vista versions of the Windows games )
T/S's employers spent literally millions (I think in $ rather than £) upgrading all their computers to Vista, only to downgrade again after a couple of months 'cos basically it was pants. It was slowing the pooters down too much and virtually none of the other programmes/applications were compatable with it. T/S appears to be the only one in the company still using Vista, but like I say he's a bit of a geek when it comes to pooters.s/e0 -
hello  its sooooooooo coooooooold!!!
CwtA i bet you are so relieved to have heating and hot water againi hope you enjoyed your bath
thank you CwtA and BZ for the animal picsaxel is a handsome chap, im a sucker for a big dog
BZ its awful when you have to pay out for the dentist isnt it? its as bad as paying for prescriptions  i hope they manage to sort the tooth out so you dont have the sharp bits
sue if i can master the multi quoting then theres hope for anyone
s/e glad you got the laptop sorted out. Iv lost count of the times iv had to sort out virus' on the pc's when the kids have clicked on things  they arent supposed to use my laptop for that reason but still they find their way onto it!!
talking of kids, youngest got off ok on his trip with barely a backwards glance :rotfl: i nipped out of class to wave them off and he gave a quick wave and then carried on with his conversation
i have a pot of tomato and pepper soup on the hob and its starting to smell lovelyits for tomorrow so that eldest son and i can just have that and crusty bread and not too much effort for me
i hope everyone is keeping warm xx2009-£7500 2010 £10800 2011 £2000

Hi Raeh. You're right it is flippin freezing! Axel is rather lovely. OH wants alsation(s) but I know what it's like to live with Axel and I fear it's far more hassle than it's worth
He turns round (to follow me EVERYWHERE) and swipes EVERYTHING off the coffee table with a swish of his oversized tail. They're just too big for me I think. Unless you've got a big ol' farm house that is.
We're off out tonight at like 7.30. We've not had tea, I haven't had a shower or done the obligatory straightening of hair... hands up who thinks all that's gonna happen before we go...?"I am indelibly stained by hope and longing" - Nuts in May0 -
