2.5% gross and 1.5% bonus = 4% (you should have been eligible for the bonus if you applied in November, so you have that for a year).

thank you, is the 2.5% likely to reduce following the latest BofE rate cut?

In the past Tesco have been fairly slow at reducing the rate but, as there's talk of rates being cut to zero in March/April, almost inevitable it will be reduced to the bare minimum in time I would think. Those of us lucky enough to "get in" while the bonus was running will still have the extra 1.5% (I hope :rolleyes:).

Who's to say if there'll be a reduction before/if this happens ... maybe, maybe not ...

The deal was that Clubcard points would be given for accounts opened before November 12 based on cleared balance on December 31. The points were supposed to be available in February statement. I haven't had mine. Anybody else not had theirs either?

Same here, I called them in Jan, and they said it will be credited in Feb. Nothing so far.

We had our Clubcard vouchers today and the points are NOT included. I've written a letter to Sir Terry Leahy cos when I phoned Tesco Personal Finance (twice) I was met with rude and unhelpful people.

I had the same problem- no points on my recent statement.I therefore went & bought some petrol from Tescos ,using my Clubcard & lo and behold - 1500 points were showing in the total so I guess they will appear on my next statement in May. Better late than never- Regards Tel

I got mine, however I had a cleared balance before November 31 - the original date of the offer before they extended it.

Yep, same here. Both my wife and I had cleared balances in October - but we weren't as lucky as you. Perhaps we were too early ??!! Whatever has gone wrong it doesn't excuse unpleasant and unhelpful Tesco PF staff at the end of the phone.
