I'm going to buy one of these - mine has stopped working properly, so I finished it off good and proper today. I've got a SIM card to go in. What's this about unlocking? I've already got a Virgin SIM.

Virgin "lock" the phone so it will only work on their Network.

I can produce a code, for free, that will remove that Network lock (legally !!) so that you can use it with your existing sim card from ANY Network !

As a note, Virgin will actually unlock their phones for free - as long as you have spent £30 on credit with them. Good if you have had your phone for a while. You just ring them up and they do it for you :-)

Wollies have the "11 10" for 19.99, next model up with poly tones and colour screen, to be honest I'd rather have the longer battery life and the mono screen of the 11 00.

Just bought 1110 for xmas, put my tmobile sim in - can't send text message (ok receive text) get message sim card busy - any ideas - tmobile no help.

actually the 1110 has an "inverted black and white display with amber backlight" which begs the question ........ WHY???????
