    I spend about £3.50 a day on lunch.

    i'm a big fan of leftovers but am also partial to the occasional M&S sandwich. And I make an active effort to avoid buying a coffee milkshake (with 1 brown sugar)from Shakeaway more than once a week. Can't justify spending £2.70 even though they are absolutely wonderful. So probably £10 per week spent to buy lunch but another £5 for the makings if I need to build a few sandwiches myself.

    make your own smoothies - buy some of the lovely thick peach or plum juice from one of the many Polish shops and also sometimes available in Lidl and pore into a plastic screw top tumbler, add a few spoons of yoghurt. it is usually shaken into shape by the time your get to work
