  • £3 to £5 depends on what I fancy!!
  • Usually around £3, we have a lunch van that comes around. As I work on a trading estate there's not much chance of going somewhere else. The works canteen isn't much cheaper either.
  • I spend approx 1-2 pounds.
  • I can spend £2 on a good day, up to £5 on a bad day. I do tend to make my own lunch where possible.

Had a free lunch today but the payment was spending 3 hours in a meeting discussing Charity finances!!
If I'm at home I usually spend 50p - £1 on lunches - poached eggs/baked beans/sardines on HM bread or HM soup.
Hopefully about to start a new job in the next month so the lunch box would be really useful!!

I woud probably say I spend about £1.00 a day.

My husband however probably spends about £2.50 per day.
  • I have cut right down on my lunch costs by taking my own packed lunch to work I spend under a pound a day compared to the 3-5 pound I normally spend! Bargain :j

    I spend approximately £3 - £4 depending on how hungry I am.
  • If I'm in a lazy mood I'll spend about £3 at the canteen, if not I'll make myself a salad which probably only costs about £1/£1.50 at the most, and way healthier than the food they sell at the hospital canteen!:T
  • Fab :j - worth a try anyway!
I reckon I spend about £2.50 a day (when I don't get my act together and make my own lunch)...
