  • These sound great!

Well for me as a SAHM then it's less than £1; DH takes his own in most days (unless I've forgotten to make HM bread for his sarnies) so his is about the same. Kids - well some days they stay to lunch at school which is £1.55 each. Their packed lunches are probably just over the £1 mark as I do buy them smoothies to go in their lunch boxes.

Fingers crossed that we win cos these would all come in handy!

  • Unfortunately it's still around J3-5 as I'm buying lunch either at the nearby supermarkets (M&S, Tesco, Boots) or from small cafe in the park where I walk with my daughter in the afternoons. But I try to cook more for dinner now so that the leftovers can be eaten for lunch and reduce my lunch cost to ~J1.
  • Great idea! I have pate and crispbread most days and need a wee box to carry my stuff.
