What info does Haiger need?

If its just names, count me in. CHAPS on 8th and stil nada!

although I have over 5k missing, it pales into insignificance in comparison to what was stolen by the Icelanders in my Icesave.

What would we do with all our time if we didn't have this to fret about

Hey all - any progress on the remaining payments? I noticed a couple of posts about CHAPS refund already being handled? Although I finally got my CHAPS payment yesterday, there was no refund or lost interest added to either source or destination account - so just wondered if a refund was given following a specific phone-call follow-up or it was just done anyway?

Anyway, this is not something i'll pick up with ING/KE until the dust settles and everyone got their money back - as that is obviously much higher priority!

I'm a new user so I'm not sure if I'm doing all of this correctly! Apologies if not. I've spoken to an adviser at Kaupthing Edge today as I'm waiting for my term deposit which I'd only recently bought to be cancelled and the money returned to the KE savings account so that I can attempt a BACS transfer. I'm told there is no info yet on when ING will release term deposits so I'm still having sleepless nights. Is there any more up to date information please? Sorry if I've missed previous threads/blogs on this subject.

just spoke to Steve at KE and he confirmed that many chaps transfers has been sent today so we might expect something this afternoon

Just spoke to KE, she told me unable to put a tag on account - transactions being dealt with by administrators in London and there is no access to our information or accounts. Please don't hold your breath!

Welcome to everyone new - nearly all of us on this thread are very nice people! If you are missing money -make sure you let Haider know so you can be added to THE LIST.

Also if you are only slightly computer literate -like me - and there are things that are mentioned that you don't know how to do - post and ask!
