I withdrew my savings from KE into two transfers one on the 17th and the other today. I figured if I did it by BACS the destination bank would be able to see the money coming! I will let you know how long they take to arrive!
I'm guessing it will be the usual 3-4 days!

Well, I have a thumping headache from the highs and lows of todays comings and goings.......... Congratulations to all of you who got their cash back, and thanks for hangin on in there for us who haven't got ours back as yet.
But after being on here since 9am this morning - I am now calling time for me today. Hopefully, will see some of you back here in the morning

Firstly the best of luck to those still chasing the money - I know how you feel.

Secondly I have started another thread to discuss the CHAPS fee and loss of interest so can we keep this original one just for those chasing and us supporters?

What I find REALLY ANNOYING is a lack of truth from people we are brought up to trust. One day its "We have finished payments TODAY " and then the next day its excuses followed by "We have managed to finish today what we CLAIMED to have finished yesterday".
What is going to happen this Friday, I bet they CLAIM money will be in bank CLOSE OF BUSINESS on Friday, but banks will not update till Monday :mad::mad::mad:

Can't believe it but just got in and checked my SMILE account and my CHAPS transfer from the 8th is there ! Not sure what time it was credited but was a great relieve - good luck to those still waiting - I know how you must be feeling - this has been so frustrating - I can enjoy my birthday drink now !
