Hi everyone. Slightly comforting to know I am not alone. CHAPS transfer £250k (total life savings after 40 years of slog) 7th Oct 9.30 to HSBC still not arrived. Worried sick. Hardly eaten or slept for 12 days. Useless call centre staff - can't access account info, just read off an out of date script. HSBC say if CHAPS had been sent Friday 17th as promised it definitely would be in the account by now. ING are lying to us. God knows what I am going to do if it doesn't arrive this afternoon.

I too am one of the 5% (and no, it doesn't make me feel special!).

I posted an ordinary online BACS transaction on 12th Oct (Sun, so probably processed 13th). The money was debited from my KE account but has not arrived in my linked account. I'm one the few who seem to have received the pointless email from ING last night at 20:40. It's basically the same as the update posted on the ING website last night but also saying 'sorry to inform you that we are still working on a number of manual payment instructions, including the withdrawal request that you have made.'

That really make me feel better.... :mad:

Received Oct 7th BACS transfer on Friday 17th (sent by CHAPS), also arranged to transfer of 3 term deposits on 7th but the funds have still not arrived in my Kaupthing savings account.

Spoke to Kaupthing supervisor earlier and was told there is no current time scale for term deposit transfers.

Has anyone had any success with term deposit transfers ?

Also waiting for a £27000.00 CHAPS from the 7th but have received a £850 BACS tranfer last Friday that was initiated on the 8th.

As per others with CHAPS missing, made it on the 7-10, disappeared from the KE account early on 8-10, still not arrived in linked LTSB account despite assurances last Friday.

What I just cannot understand is why those who initiated transfers with BACS have received their funds, but the people who paid for fast CHAPS transfers have had nothing.

I've had no further e-mails or anything else from ING.

£10,000 CHAPS on the 9th October. KE account still open with other funds but the £10K is nowhere.
