I don't believe it! After telling ING EXACTLY what my situation is, ie CLOSURE, not withdrawal, I've just phoned KE and have been told that NONE of the closures are going to be processed until all of the withdrawals have been finalised. So this Thursday, Friday deadline is yet another unattainable dead line for those of us who have requested closures, not withdrawals. Of course, there was no knowledge of when the closures will be looked at, blaming the bl**dy administrators!

Exactly- I get the feeling that is the main frustration for most- you cannot use other experiences in terms of timelines as a guide- as everyone seems to be different...
