Sorry you and others still havent received your money. I have been monitoring this forum, but have stopped commenting, so as not to clog it up. I know it is easy for me to say not to worry, it will come, but I dont know what else to say. One thing we know now, is that there is some major obstacle in the form of the administrators. I hope everyone waiting for their savings will be reunited as soon as possible

Mine has now been refunded and it's put my account back in credit after my CHAPS request of 8/10 didn't leave enough in the account to meet the £20 charge. However my linked account has still not been credited with the missing monies.
No idea if the £20 credit means the transfer monies are on the way or not, although I do take some heart that they do at least know about me!

Transfer on 7th october went through eventually on friday 17th. Still waiting for transfer put through on 13th October. No email from ING. Guess I have to wait until friday 24th according to their updates.

Has anyone received payment who made their request (whether by BACS or CHAPS) on or after 13 October? I can't see anyone who has notified on this, but the thread is long it's difficult to be sure.
