I read that some people here are nearing County Court Summons stage due to lack of funds. While I can't promise anything, I can try and ask ING to find specific money for those people and see if anything can be done as an emergency goodwill measure.

I would like to just say thank you Martin. I haven't PM'd you as although I need my cash for rent (urgently) I am sure there are others more needy.

If anyone from ING reads this I will never go near an ING product of any type ever again, you have completely let me down and there is a possibility of me having to leave my rented accomadation because of your complete muff up of the situation.

ING should be ashamed of themselves.

Can't ask MrsChilled, she is to busy earning money. Way i see it, is that i worked non stop for 36 years whilst all she did was look after 3 kids. Now they have all left home it is her turn to work 36 years whilst i do whatever i wish. Anyway I have to be very nice to her at the moment because i am a bit short of cash.

Why have some accounts with transfers still outstanding had the £20 CHAPS payment paid back into them and some accounts haven't?

I've not had it paid back into mine - does this mean I'm further down the queue or that you don't know of the existence of my supposed transfer or does it have no significance at all?

Please post on here as soon as possible - it's making me nervous. Even if you don't know the answer and need to go and find out -please post that you have read this query - Thankyou

I think the communication from ING / Kaupthing has been shocking - what is the point of having a transaction ID associated (which you can see from the online statement) if they can't use this to give you a half meaningful answer? I would like to take a guess that *every* payment made is manual at the moment, and they have problems with the computer payment systems. I just wish they would tell us the precise problems that they are having instead of rubbish day after day setting deadlines that they never meet. I think people would be a lot more understanding and patient if they did this.

For what it's worth, I think we will get our money back, but I'm not so sure it will be on Friday lol. What a bunch of clowns.
