Stressed, you sound a little better and no doubt you'll get stronger and more positive as the day goes on. Surround yourself in you favourite smells and sounds, you've got your favourite people in the whole world with you already. Count your blessings and concentrate on the positive. Look up some funny pics on the internet or put on a Peter Kay dvd. Look at yourself in the mirror and say "I know you!! You are the strongest, most determined and luckiest person in the world!" and believe it coz its true. You are beautiful and deserve to live a happy life, but you might have to fight for it. You can do it!

Just caught a glimpse of "Footprints" but I can't read it or I'll cry again. But thanks Toniq coz its so true. I read it on a card in a cardshop years ago and started crying & the woman said "You've just read that Footprints card haven't you! It gets everyone like that love!" I went into my sister's shop next door and tried to tell her what it said and couldn't talk for crying. Went back, bought the card, she read it and cried! Everyone that came into her shop read it and cried, and by the end of the afternoon we had to buy a box of hankies and hand them out with the card. But EVERYONE said how uplifted they felt after reading it. Love you guys x

I'm sure you don't look like a loon, you look like a caring mum who's currently overwhelmed by the enormous pressure you're under and I'd hazzard a guess that DD knows that too. At 13, she's probably old enough to share this with you (although not the full details, I'm sure!) and you can help each other too - she might be feeling a little helpless about what is happening to your LO and helping you emotionally might make her feel involved and useful.
