Well said Chris, go to your gp now stressed. And that's not true that there's no-one there for your youngest, YOU are. But you are the one that needs help so get some, phone your OH or mother/sister/best friend and get to your GP. Everyone will rally round if they know you need them. Trust that your daughter will return safely to you and that the lawyers' bill is only a piece of paper that can be dealt with when you feel stronger.0

As you say, DD13 needs you and the LO needs you too to get her out of danger. It's perfectly normal to feel overwhelmed when it seems that life keeps kicking you down but you can find the strength from somewhere to carry on and keep fighting back - it'll make you stronger and sometime soon you'll be able to enjoy life again, hopefully with LO right by your side.
I've been there too (although not for the same reasons - my eldest is profoundly mentally handicapped and youngest nearly died after birth due to a severe heart condition) and only yesterday, as I was out driving, I thought to myself "I'm so glad to be alive and I wouldn't change my life for the world" - hopefully they'll be your thoughts someday soon.
Please make sure you go to that appointment at your GP and let it all pour out, don't hold anything back. Anti-depressants have helped me through the tough times several times over the years.2017 Wins: £200 (Total since 2008: £43,827!)Best wins: £5000 with ITV , Trips to New York fashion week/Malta/Lake Como/Paris/London/St Mellion spa, iPhones, iPad, TVs, vouchers

I have to pretend I am coping for her, she has big halloween plans and deserves a break and some happiness. I am just so very low, I wish any abuse on myself, but wonder why this has happened to my babies. Am so scared for LO now alone with that man and no-one to help her.
Life is !!!! for u at the moment but kids make u go on, dont do anything that will scar their minds, your daughter will have social services and the courts watching her closely, they will not let any harm happen to her as they will be accountable.
You have a reason to keep going, and thats because god gave us life to live.
We all have days when we dont want to go on, but u have to and do , and slowly day by day, hour by hour u will cope.
u will get through this as long as u stay strong xxxxxxxxx

Stressed I'm not very good at giving advice and so won't try, but there are many people on here who make a lot of sense (they've helped me too). Thinking of you and yours.Life is all about the journey.0

Thanks everyone. I am not going to do anything silly, I would not do that to my kids, but I just wish I could the pain is so great. First thing in the morning, facing a whole load of pressure to be brave and keep things going and yes, today it has overwhelmed me. But I WILL survive the day, and tomorrow will be another day, and next week I should see LO again and I pray she is fine. Once I find my armour again and do pumpkins and face painting with the two kids I have here which they are looking forward to then I am sure I will be boosted. Kind words help, domestic violence isolates you so much from friends and I think of you all here as my invisible friends and the only ones I can talk to.But there are dreams that cannot be,and there are storms we cannot weather!0

im not sure how much faith u have , but this is beautiful and carries me through bad days xxxFootprints in the SandOne night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord. Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.
In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand. Sometimes there were two sets of footprints, other times there was one only.
This bothered me because I noticed that during the low periods of my life, when I was suffering from anguish, sorrow or defeat, I could see only one set of footprints, so I said to the Lord,
“You promised me Lord,
that if I followed you, you would walk with me always. But I have noticed that during the most trying periods of my life there has only been one set of footprints in the sand. Why, when I needed you most, have you not been there for me?”
The Lord replied, “The years when you have seen only one set of footprints, my child, is when I carried you.”
