    Hi Rebekah.
First off, super dress but it does look like the petticoat is too wide at the top. Look inside the petticoat (normally near the inside back seam) There will be "threading" points for the hoops to thread inside. For storage unthread all the hoops and then coil them up. Keeps them in a nice shape rather than hanging them. Don't twist the hoops. They don't work like the kiddies pop up play tents and if you twist or buckle them they won't behave properly. Coil them.

There is any empty point. Seems that it is very stiff mind. Looks only adjustable and not able to take them out? It's going to be a big fight lol. I'm quite concerned as i'm only 5 ft 3! LOL. And I will look too hideous otherwise.

No, it looks fine Rebekah. The end sticking out, just yank it out and it should all come out in one length. x

Ok. It looks like the white things are "ends" Can you pull them off?
Hoop pettis normally come bagged with the bones lose. They are normally 3 lengths. Shortest for the top tier, medium for the middle, longest for the bottom. I can't see that taking off the ends will affect the hoop in any way. The ends of the "bones" are rounded and can be threaded back into the channel. Don't force it in any way though. Don't want you breaking it!!

I wiggled and wiggled and pushed it back in and somehow it undid itself and nearly popped me in the eye lolol.

Do you think I need to adjust the other hoops to make them smaller?
