Missk glad it arrived - do you have any pics? What dress was it?

Did you try the original in a shop before you bought it? Sorry to be nosy. I really need to order a dress a.s.a.p - trouble is i cant find "the one" that so many others talk about

Maybe it's because you didn't get "involved" Did you have construction piccys? I know when I did Nat's I sent her piccys from the beginning right up to it's completion. This way if anything needed changing she was in control. It's so hard when you buy something as important as your wedding dress via distance. You don't have the fitting appointments, the falling in love with your dress etc. Sorry you feel this is not the dress of your dreams.
Maybe you need to do your hair, make up put on the head piece and veil (if you have one) You need to fall in love with it and my guess is you haven't been caught up in the excitement. Maybe just give it a chance. xx

When you go into a bridal shop to try on, they give you the works. Head dress, veil even put a fake bouquet infront of you. Your dress has arrived like something you could have ordered from next. You MUST give it a chance and try on with the full works. Have a bath, pamper yourself, have a glass of bubbly. Get in the mood!!! It'll be a whole new experience I guarentee it!! xxxx

I have never ever had the that is the one moment.

Or prehaps I lie. I fell in love with one totally but it didn't suit me at all. I absolutely loved the style the detail, the lot. took a long time to get over that dress :(

But the one I have ordered and having made from pictures when I tried it on in th shop I had the oh that looks nice on me moment. The style of the fit, my body shape, just stunning my sister cried. But I wasnt as keep on the dress pattern. But I throught sod it it's the nearest i'm going to get!

My back up dress is now in the post from China posted yesterday so should recieve shortly!

In all fairness - i tried the lot on - corset, tiara, veil, shoes etc - i think i may have been a little hasty - and like i said - will be trying it on again when im on my own and without this dreaded s-flu.

My back up dress is almost here! DHL website says its with the Delivery Courier! Should be here within hours then! *Bounce Bounce* I'm nervous! So how do I hide this huge thing from my partner? And what do I store it in now? How do I care for it etc etc? I'm gonna take a photo of the package before I open it to show you guys what the size is like!
