Decorated with a picture of Mickey Mouse. . .

Another email to The Disney Organisation, perhaps?

Aah c'mon. We have given them enough work to do to get their website a little bit more realistic as to what people should expect to see. Granted a long way to go, but I bet they would rather put another few tents up or some more wood shavings on the floor then spend all night updating their website.

Lets give them the benefit of the doubt that they are indeed going to put the best ever Christmas show on as from tomorrow.

Also lets just pretend, what if we were wrong?
What if the Council were wrong?
    What if Disney were wrong?
What if the reporter was alledgedly assaulted by the domain registrant was wrong?
What if Paul Daniels is there to transform magically that field into Lapland?

I can just see the real snow, being a machine in the corner of thefield spraying snow for a couple of minutes per hour. Technically, if they do that they haven't deceived anyone on that score. Note the website does not say snow covered.
  • Hi all, I too went on Sunday with my wife and 3 girls, but that is another story!!!

The reason I am writing is that I have just tried to buy tickets for the Midlands Lapland and when you go to checkout you get this!!

I should like to ask who the "skating stars" are. Could they be Torvill and Dean by any chance? I think not.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
  • I'm quite shocked about the authentic Father Christmas quote.

Are they claiming they have the "real deal?"

I hope for all the little kiddies sake they can live up there high expectations

You must be looking at a different version of the website then. Unless this text from the one that's up at the moment is an illusion:

You are guaranteed a white Christmas so come and see our snow covered spectacular
  • I stand corrected. :rotfl:

Real Snow every hour! was what I read :(
  • I have just read the t's & c's on West Midlands. It more or less says they can cancel the whole thing and no refunds! Is that legal?

Oh and it also says they're not responsible if you're disappointed:rotfl: or emotional distressed by the experience:rotfl: but as New Forest said 'It's you that makes it beautiful' so I guess it's all our own fault if we don't enjoy it.

    Ha ha bloody ha
I don't want to buck the system....I just want it to WORK!!!

The more you read that website the more laughable it becomes. So there is going to be a "formula 1 race track" , what like Silverstone? And what-on-earth is "balloon making"? Do they supply you with a machine and the raw materials to manufacture balloons from scratch?
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
