If it was for copyright, then the site should not have reappeared. If it is for the reason bandwidth exceeded as was on the message (thinking about it - it didn't click at the time) then all they would have done is paid for the next highest package or more bandwidth.
If that is the case, then I am sure Disney will do something to protect their IP and we may just see all references to Disney removed.
It looks like the account was suspended for exceeding b/w and so would probably have been suspended automatically. Once the hosting company has their money for the allotted b/w its just a click of a mouse to renable it.
Of course the site owners, may have complained and said it was unjustified to turn the site off over copyright, and I guess Stonehenge could have caved (excuse the pun) in.
The details for this site can easily be found here:

So I guess Stonehenge rent their server from UK2.net and resell the webhosting to customers.
I guess an email may need sending to UK2.net if nothing is taken down. Where's Rudolph when you need him?
Update:
The Disney Images have been removed, therefore we can assume that Disney have infact asked for their copyrighted items to be removed. That would be the reason why it was suspended. Once the person in charge of the website has removed those, technically he has complied with their request and the site could be switched on.
For information though, Disney are very protective over their IP (Intellectual Property) so they won't have sent a nice and friendly request. Rest assured it would have been quite threatening.
Saying that though - http://www.laplandwestmidlands.co.uk/gallery.html Still images there and the textHave your picture taken with the Disney on Ice Characters
Further update: These have now been removed. If anyone needs the original pages there are a few sources on here, that have saved them.0 -

TRADING standards want to prosecute Laplands New Forest.
Dorset County Council’s head of regulatory services Bill Jaggs said: "We want to take legal action and are currently taking advice from a specialist consumer barrister and the Office of Fair Trading in order to make sure we are in the strongest position to move forward.
“The council is looking into a range of legal options, including how to help consumers get their money back and the action that can be taken against Lapland New Forest Limited for misleading consumers.
“We cannot give any further details, as this might prejudice any legal action we do decide to take, which will not help consumers. “Taking legal action can take some time, but I’d like to reassure people that we are doing all that we can, as quickly as we can to resolve the trading standards aspects of the matter.
"People who have bought tickets for the event and are concerned about getting a refund are advised to call Consumer Direct on 08454 040506.
"Consumer Direct can offer advice and guidance on how customers can try to claim their money back.
"If anyone has bought tickets on a credit card and spent over £100, they should contact their credit card company, as the company may be liable under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act, 1974.”0 -
Thanks for that Santa. Very useful.
They say you should learn something every day, well that's my box ticked!
Ps Please tell Rudolph what a good boy he is,there will be extra carrots(with the tops on!) when he comes to my house.;)I don't want to buck the system....I just want it to WORK!!!0 -
An alleged assault on a local newspaper journalist on a visit to the Daley's home address has been reported to the police.
At the rate these Lapland scams are going, it's getting near to ho-ho-homicide time.
Whatever happened to the Christmas spirit, Messrs Daley and Mears???;)
* PS: is the West Midlands "park" opeining tomorrow or not? Anyone know?
Just thinking, the forums are for regional themese/ issues?0 -
Most of the Disney stuff has now disappeared from the West Mids website. Pretty soon there will be nothing left. Well done to all concerned! Hopefully this scam will not go ahead.

After looking at the West Midlands website I want to ask what hell is an "Authentic Father Christmas" ? Are they trying to say "accept no imitations" ?What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Well I hope he is authentic as I am.
Red suite, white beard and a fat belly. Strange though, as they haven't sent me any letters asking for me to turn up.Also the addition of: (*food is available at an additional cost)
In the interests of being unbiased, that was there before. (or it is on my cached copy)Ps Please tell Rudolph what a good boy he is,there will be extra carrots(with the tops on!) when he comes to my house.;)
Told him and he made the noise of a reindeer laughing. He knows he is on a diet so please not too many.0 -

The latest-latest-latest version of this ever-changing huckster web page still asserts:
The whole family can enjoy
YOUR FAVOURITE CARTOON CHARACTERS ON ICE
Decorated with a picture of Mickey Mouse. . .
Another email to The Disney Organisation, perhaps?
Ah, wot fun to purchase a ticket now and then get a credit card re-charge on the basis that you went all the way there to see mickey Mouse and found only a mickey mouse event. Even seeing Gordon Brown on ice (the family's favourite cartoon character) isn't likely, either.
PS: why has this thread not yet heard from a newly-registered poster that Lapland West Midlands is a genuine event put together by genuine people who will really, really cry if it's destroyed by "professional wreckers" of the kind who got together to target the New Forest?0 -
Lapland West Mids. I just went to see whether the payment screens come up with a #padlock# symbol (I'm sad like that) and the message came up that the recipent is currently unable to receive money.
