I had booked tickets for the 19th Dec, we have never received our tickets. I had 6 tickets booked and we have contacted our Credit Card company Barclaycard and are starting the ball rolling on getting our money back.
I hope this company is closed down NOW and good luck to everyone who is trying to do the same.
I have now booked to see santa at Alice in Wonderland instead only £51 for 4 children and 2 adults instead of £150 !0 -
Rapido-
There's always a bleeding-heart liberal who will pop up to take offence on behalf of somebody or other.
!!!!! (rhymes with Mikey) describes the tarmac type scammer travellers who make money through scamming. It is a kind of job description. It is not a racist term in any way, shape or form.
Why do people like you have to take offence for others????0 -
You may not consider it racist however it is considered offensive and hence the term is in the swear filter, please lets concentrate on how or if people can get their money back and not get into arguements and name calling of anyone.
Obviously its an emotive subject as children will be or have been disappointed and its cost people a lot of money but these sort of comments won't help the situation.0 -
Surely we are going off the point here?
The points being....lots of people have lost hard earned cash
lots of children disappointed
lots of people being misled and false advertising and finally
a guy who is supposed to be organising the event keeps descibing the place as beautiful....his idea of beautiful leaves a lot to be desired.
Surely we need to just work together to fight these people to stop them doing this to others in the future, not waste time arguing with others?
Sorry if I am wrong, but this is about saving money is it not?0 -

Just seen the following (below) published on another website, I presume by a local Council employee or similar. It doesn't look good. But what I can't understand is why they're not being shut down, and who it is that DOES have the power to do it.
Cridders - if you're there, I've asked The Sun to help us with a petition (since no-one else has come forward...)
"Hi peeps now i cant say where im from but lets say i have some info but dont want to risk certain employment lets just say ive heard figures of 3000 complaints alone and in excess of him making £1 million
Trust me i believe they will not close them down as they are powerless.
ill keep checkin so ne questions u want answering ask them here and ill try and adv."
COME ON PEOPLE, DON'T WE NEED TO STOP THIS?0 -
please help0

Councillors in Staffordshire were meeting today to discuss allowing a similar 'spectacular' to take place in Essington, Staffs. Sounds scarily the same with £25.00 admission fee and fairgound rides and snow. Complete with ice rink of course! The site is a field normally used for car boot sales. I hope the council see sense or they could end up with egg on their faces......0
