post a wanted up for an instruction book or for someone with one to email you, or email cookworks direct or they may even have an instruction manual to down load off their website. Hope that help. X

My SIL ( who is Thai and cooks a lot of rice!) told me to cover the rice with wate so that there is about an inch of water on top (up to my first knuckle) and this seems to work as the cooking bowl is tapered IYSWIM, but you would need to have a least two inces of rice, i would think.

And don't forget snaffleup! Much more user friendly imho. But then, I am sitting on my (very comfy) newly snaffled fully sprung laura ashley sofa bed...whilst waiting for the OH to get back from collecting the ladies pushbike to replace the one DD has just had nicked from uni.

And that's within a week of joining! I'm compiling a stack of stuff in the shed I'll be putting on there myself soon. Having a clear out as we're being descended on at the weekend- hence the need for a sofa bed- but I'd rather list it all in one session. :)
