            Hi all
My DS1 age 9 wants a laptop and my DS2 age 5 wants an xbox 360 (and every boy toy in the toys r us mag ). I have been lucky and got them off ebay so just onto the stocking fillers. I make sure i buy 1 item a week from September onwards to help spread the cost. This week I have got fairy odd parents pc game from play for £4.99 inc delivery.
I always check grab it on this site for ideas and cost savers.
nikflo > i got my 9 year old a ds last year and DS2 ( then 4 years ) had no problems playing on it as it is really easy to use, although every child is different. His fav game is disney friends you have to care for winnie to poo, stitch and some other ones.
I love christmas, My goal this year is not to put my tree up till 1st December (:o i just can not help myself ) )

            Hi everyone
My DS (13.5) wants a xbox 360 and games, 1kg bar of cadburys and pants!!
My DD (5) just cannot make her mind up, she likes the ELC play dressing table and stool(and I hope this stays top of the list because I've paid for it), wants a sleeping beauty dress and a basket like I am making for all the women in our family.
We have talked for months about getting a wii as a family present, but decided DS would probably be the only one that would consistently play with it, so decided on the 360 instead. This is purchased and wrapped, great deal in ZAVVI.
For DD I have purchased the ELC dressing table and ELC pink cd player with two microphones to sing along!! Got 20% online and free delivery so was chuffed with that.
I am well on the way with DD stocking and 'basket' (matalan tub with chalkboard on front). And think I will give them both a 'sweets' stocking from Santa complete with snowman soup!!
I have never been this organised before and it is all thanks to these wonderful threads.

Well I bought DD,s main pressie in the boots sale in Jan-a big pirates of the caribbean ship reduced from £100 to £12 and got a load of figures and other branded pirates bits in poundland to go with it.
She is crazy about high school musical so I have bought quite a few HSM items, all at good prices of course.
I have also bought her a toddler sized dolly so that she can dress it up in her own old clothes.
DS is 17 so more difficult to buy for I think.I have a good idea of what he likes but have asked him for a list of fav web sites I should visit to buy things for him."Reaching out to touch the stars dont forget the flowers at your feet".0

My daughter got Biscuit for her birthday in August - she is only 2 so a bit young for it but it is excellent - everytime our nieces and family friends come they ask to play with it - my and hubby were amazing.
My daughter is young so still not really aware about christmas but we've bought her a doll that came with a play centre (think it was on here as reduced from £70 to £15 so grabbed that from argos!) We've bought her a silver cross chain to match a braclet we bought for her birthday, a couple of dvds, books and some stocking fillers and bits liek that.0

DS1 is 7 and he wants a Wii, so I have saved up my Morrisons Savers Stamps since January and now have enough to buy one, I also sold all his old PS2 games on Ebay(after the PS2 broke) and bought him MarioKart and the Wheel too. He will also be getting a Watch which I got for a fiver, a book about dinosaurs and some PJ's. I am also saving the tokens from 'The Mirror' to get the lego toys for a stocking filler.
DS2 is 19 months and I have bought him a big box of Duplo and a box of wooden blocks. I have also bought him a couple of DVD's and some crayons and colouring books.
DD is only two weeks old, so I have bought her a Ragdoll as a token pressie, just because DS1 would notice!
I have probably spent about £300 all told, which is great as it includes the Wii!Moving on up SPC #382 ~ £40 banked SPC #382 ~ £40 banked

DS1 is four in February, he's getting a Vtech Smile and Hot Wheels set (both Tesco Direct bargains), some Disney jigsaws (BOGOF in Morrisons), pyjamas, pirate dress up costume (all Home Bargains) and some other little stocking fillers.
DS2 will be about 5-6 weeks, he's getting a Leapfrog activity station (Tesco Direct bargain), Fisher Price toys (Home Bargains & Netto offers), some baby board books (TKMaxx bargains) and some stocking fillers like teething toys (Asda clearance bargains).
My niece, who is 3.5, is getting a Baby Born doll (Tesco Direct bargain), Barbie dress up costume (Home Bargains), Disney jigsaws (BOGOF in Morrisons) and a couple of stocking fillers.
I love shopping for the kids, it's so much more fun and much easier than shopping for fussy adults!0

My dd (4) wants Dora suds and surprise, will get her some bratz dolls as she just started getting into them and probably some polly pocket things. She loves Charlie and Lola so have got her some little figures off amazon and Boots do toothbrush & holder, bubble bath and face cloth on 3for2. When i'm visiting Liverpool, I always get a few bits from Home Bargains as they do some great stuff.
Not sure who's more excited about xmas, me or her!0
