Quiet evening was not to be, Lexie fell asleep on the settee then woke up coughing and was sick again, then fell asleep and woke up coughing and was sick again, she's asleep on the settee still and so far so good. Alisha was up for ages and fell asleep about 11.50pm. Was going to get some stuff on Turoblister to upload tomorrow but only managed to get online at midnight.

ah well - time marches on. Well today I managed to take the jewellery back OH had bought me and at least swap it for some amethyst ear rings I did like and a credit note for £44. So not a total washout and he's let me off. He liked his hamper in the end and I had somehow managed to buy him a really decent book that he stayed up until about 4am reading so apparently I didn't ruin xmas after all. We got given some money and some pressies - I swapped the top my mum bought me and some smellies from MIL for some boots, calendars and diaries. Was chuffed.
Went to see my parents xmas day - it went okay - no rows so that was good. Went to see OH's family yesterday so that was okay too. Met friends today at a pub but cost us £40 not very mse so next year I think I will insist on cooking, their kid has a nut allergy tho which makes life complicated.
Still have some xmas £ (gifts) left to spend - woohoo! Still got some family left to see but got next week off so can chill and fit them in at some point. One of our better xmas's so far. No 1 DS is currently doing ski-ing on the wii-fit = now that is a sight to behold!
Just got another £5 from B* so life is okay.
Best wishes CAFC girl with the move. For those who still have illness in the family - hope it clears up soon. bye for now!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
