Well I came home from work early as DS was all upset and we watched a DVD star kid - it cost me a whole 50p LOL and having watched it we now know why! Expect my DD will still like it tho... He recovered very quickly with a mixture of my pringles, my britvic and fig rolls I'd intended for his stocking! (last of the big spenders me:rotfl: )

No more progress on debt specifically, but I have joined bingoport (yes I do get points if anyone wants to be referred - you can of course go direct - pm me if you want any more details) and since Saturday I've made enough points for a £5 Amazon voucher. Really chuffed..:j CAFC girl think 10 words per 10p rather than a 100...;)

I gave someone a gardening hamper for her birthday (well my version of) she was really chuffed. I gave another friend a calorie free cupcake (made from flannels) and a flannel reindeer and she was chuffed as well. I love the special occasions board! The teachers loved their pots of gold (from DS) and their reindeer (from DD) Still got snowman soup to come... Hmmm yummy... (marshmallows, chocolate chips and hot chocolate)...

some of my friends know I make cards tho and want me to make them one. I'm so tired, I don't want to be bothered but don't want to offend either...

Tirlittan - well done on all that progress :T - if I lose my job the silver lining might be that I get my pension contributions back... and then that might help too...

CAFCGirl - I'm with you on the not drinking... but sometimes I wish I did and this is one of those times....

Doodledoo - I hope today is going a bit better...

Think I'm going to hibernate for the evening, and write a list of things to review when I can be bothered, and sort out my paperwork which is currently thrown everywhere!

Hopefully be in a better mood tomorrow, for my day off and painting our new house :)

  • Wow, it's busy tonight. I'm on the computer now for the rest of the evening. Got to wrap my Nan's presents and post them tomorrow, have to wrap up a present for my 3 year olds friend as it's their Xmas party tomorrow and the little girl isn't going to the same Nursery so she won't see her again I feel quite sad about it as it's Lexie's first friend and they are so cute together.

I have a dilemma - do I buy a pig or not? I saw it earlier and wanted one straight away, it is rather big, comes in pink, purple or blue, it was £4.99 and thought it would be great for one of the challenges but I have a big tin for the Sealed Pot Challenge and I have a smaller pig I bought from M&S the other week so not sure if I should or not, good thing is it has a stopper underneath so can be used again and again rather than the big one I have which has to be opened with a tin opener. So do I buy it or do I just pay the £4.99 off a debt - decisions, decision - it was cute though!!!!!

I'm with CAFCGirl I don't drink either, was badly sick when I was about 22 and haven't drunk alcohol since, I hate being sick!!!

I heard that Iceland are doing selection boxes 5 for £5 from tomorrow if anyone has little ones to buy for, I already bought my two one each but might help someone out.
