Wow, everyone seems to be racing ahead with their payments. How are you all doing today? I've now earnt enough for my first 10 pound Amazon voucher from dooyoo and am planning to use them for presents as this is an area where my spending keeps getting out of control. I'm a getting bit addicted to dooyoo though, so might have to go cold turkey for a couple of days  Otherwise I'm switching my phone and broadband provider today, which should save a tenner a month, chucking some money in the new sealed pot and baking some bread.
Hope everyone has a great Sunday.

Hi all
You have all been fairly quiet (I was expecting to spend about an hour catching up!
SH (and anyone else) let me know if there is anything that I can do to help out if you suddenly have to hunt for a job: I have done interview coaching and application form review for loads of colleagues and am happy to do what I can.
Right, back on the challenge
I actually have £5.06 more in my savings than I thought I had :T so will pop that onto my signature in a mo. Other than that I have been a VERY BAD DFW. I have been out drinking twice (on different days) and eaten out twice (in one day) this weekend so I will have to have a stern word with myself.£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)

Certainly did - I really don't feel as guilty as I should, in fact if I am honest I don't feel guilty at all!!!!
I *might* have also agreed to go on a fairly expensive holiday  so I need to work out how I am going to afford that too now! (still not feeling guilty, I think I must be in a naughty mood - I hope it passes soon or I will have failed my challenges when they have barely begun!!)£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)

For those will ill kids - hope they recover soon.
Managed to withdraw £16 from CBK yesterday - should reach my account next Friday which will be good. Greasy palm has finally reached over £25 so I should get that at the start of Jan which is fab. Every little helps....Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Hi all!
SavingH, will keep my fingers crossed about your job.
PAID, your paper hat figure is looking very healthy! I also get drawn into expensive holidays. It is my weakness!
Have had a very non-DFW weekend as well and I also don't feel guilty! Went Xmas shopping yesterday and had people over last night and spent quite a bit on food and drink for it. I am also going to order a takeaway tonight and I was out drinking on Thursday!
Shame on me. The only other payments I will be able to make in Dec is about £50 as I have given up on Ebay again, mainly because I don't have anything worth selling after my short burst!
Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend!Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947
