Blimey, went upstairs to put some clothes away, felt really tired, turned the light off and got in bed thinking I'd rest for 5 mins and now it's 11.30!!!!
Sod's law Alisha will wake up now as she didn't get her last feed as she fell asleep.
CMD - that was sweet of your ex to delete his Facebook account, shows he must care how you feel, it must have been horrible to see his status as single though. How old is your daughter? I hope she enjoys seeing Father Christmas, isn't it sweet how innocent they are, my eldest is 4 and is always asking 'what is Father Christmas doing now?' and my middle daughter 3 says in the morning to the eldest 'lets go and see if there are any presents downstairs' and I have to disappoint her by saying no. She made me laugh the other week, after my op when my dad and I took her to Playgroup we were driving along and saw an elderly Asian man with a long white beard and she shouted out 'there's Father Christmas' it was so sweet.
Hope everyone has a good weekend, we are off shopping tomorrow (although have a sore throat and am getting a cold now), then will just have to wrap it all up (I hate that part).
CAFCGirl - I'll be watching the X-Factor too, I hope Diana or Eoghan go tomorrow, I think Alexandra is the best and should win, I was amazed last year when Leon won, I thought he was awful.
Anyway, off to bed in a mo, was meant to be tidying up ready for my parents tomorrow but will have to rush around in the morning as not sure what time they are leaving (they live 2 hours away) but my Mum said they would try and get here early so I reckon they will leave home at 8am and be here about 10.30.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160 -

Good job I don't have to operate any machinery, had a bad night last night with kids coughing all night so not much sleep has been had by all. Off shopping in a mo, parents are here.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160

TMD - ahhh don't worry lol. Hope kiddies are better. My little girl had the cough thing a couple of weeks ago. Its horrid as you can't do anything to help them and none of you get any sleep.

Am back from shopping, was a bit disappointing really, don't know if any one else knows the big shopping centre at Sherpherds Bush but let's just say it's the place for rich people to shop - no Primark, no Woolworths, no Adams, no Mothercare, no Argos, no Poundland etc, I never bothered going into Versace, and all the other designer shops (can't remember now what most of them were called).
After that we went to Hammersmith for something to eat, bf mum and brother live there so we went to see his brother first and then called his mum when we had finished shopping (went into Primark and Poundland there), then his mum met us in a pub for something to eat, then we came home.
I did manage to find some more purpleness - thanks CAFCGirl - I remember the other day you mentioned that Dotty P had some purpleness and I remembered as I walked past so popped in and got some purple gloves and a purple fluffy scarf.
I bought myself a pig for my coins and got 2 pig snack boxes for the kids stockings - was 3 for 2 so saved £4.99, spent a bit on wrapping paper in Clintons but fancied something that wasn't cheap as it rips so easily.
Just waiting for X-Factor now then will relax and watch that while drinking Pepsi Max. Kids are all still coughing so will probably have another disturbed night although I've heard a few times that if you have a cough to put Vicks on the soles of the feet and wear socks to bed and it's meant to stop coughing so will be trying that on all 3 of them tonight.
Have a good evening every one, so glad I've nearly done my shopping now, just got to earn the money for my Uncle, Mum, Dad and brother.

Hi all - made it there and back now. Got given some expenses so that's took the pressure off a bit but OH says I can't use if for any of my challenges - just mean. He did all the driving yesterday I was too kn ackered and definitely had pmt!!! I did drive about half the journey today tho.
I now have all my w/e jobs to do - washing, ironing, putting away etc plus the house is a tip I've been away so much (with the normal level of practical support from OH:rolleyes: )! At least he looked after the kids....
He's told me I need to sort out a secret santa pressie for a girl at his work but thanked to ideas on the special occasions board that should be ok! Need to go and look at my stash....

Your total is really racking up CAFCgirl! Congrats.... :T I get paid again soon - early for Dec and then I can ratchet up my totals hopefully...
Job looking increasingly wobbly, but hopefully I will get at least another few months out of it... Waiting to find out at the mo... a bit nail-biting really. Haven't really got any energy to spare for job hunting, my cv is up-to-date and with the agencies tho for when I do have a leaving date if it comes to that...
I just have to keep repeating the mantra to myself - don't spend it, may not have a job soon. I know it's not exactly positive but there we go. The wobbly job - doesn't help either with overcoming the "siege" approach to grocery shopping!!! at least I have my crimbo pressies sorted...:pAchieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
