At least she knows where her home is anyway and preferred going home to going anywhere else!
I am guessing perhaps the front strap could be tighter so it sits a bit higher?
Luckily we were right by the door, she stood on her back legs & somehow got it all over her head! It's up realy high & can't go tighter so god knows! In the pics it wasn'[t as tight. I'll use a lead on it & one on her collar next time to see! Thankfully no cats were about, there were only two more here & one moved, the other is awol0 -
I think if it dies not work as it should, you should send/take it back and get your money back! It should be secure.
She is such a cute dog though!0 -

Wish I knew how! I mean she got the strap that's behind her legs off too! I can't get her to do it again! She's now sleeping like she's an angel! She best be good tomorrow, it's my 30th b'day i'm officially gonna be OLD! No stress anymore i'm too old for it I dun wanna go grey!0 -
That's another reason i'm not keen on harnesses
And why I like half chokes
They really aren't cruel when fitted properly
At least she knows where to run too even if she gets loose so try not too worry too much

Is it half chokes they can't back out of? If so I wish she could have one I wouldn't worry then! Good thing there were no male dogs around lol she's not to bad yet tho & almost a week into season, I can't believe i've had her 2 weeks!0 -
They are certainly very difficult to back out of yes
Whilst it won't choke enough to well... choke the dog, it will tighten enough that if they try and back out it shouldn't slip over the head.
Because Chaya has a wide neck compared to her head I think she's always going to be likely to reverse out of her collars...
Kira has massive bat ears and although well hidden by fur she has a scrawny neck compared to her headThink she has the collie neck and GSD head :rotfl:
