Not too bad! She had about a 2hr walk this morning & i'm about to take her again, we got her a new coat! She didn't like being in the kitchen at night & barked & bashed the door, in the end I did what i'm not supposed to & said I wouldn't do & let her in the main room, where she didn't budge from her bed all night!

She hasn't had any accidents, seems ok with the kids we saw in the pet shop & on walks. She'll learn & me too! I think she'll need some work on her when she's left, don't think she'll like it! I got her a Zoom Groom brush but there's no fur to brush lol did it anyway. A few people have wondered if she has Jack Russell in her

LOL sounds like you are both having a whale of a time!

Remember to practise leaving her ASAP, get her used to you putting on your shoes and coat and going out the front door, then returning a few mins later and not making a fuss of her. It's got to be just a normal part of life and not the end of the world to her.

I made so many mistakes with my first dog and really paid for it!

I already am, like not leaving her last night! The door opens if she pushes it (Gonna get a lock) so I put the armchair behind it & that results in a huge bang! She had a Kong but doesn't seem interested in it, she is for abit but is much more wanting to get back out. I also have a feeling that when I get this dog/baby gate, she'll just jump it no matter how high.

I already know she can jump lol

I can't really ignore the noise too long cause of the neighbours. She has to go in there when I nip to the shop but idk if she barks or not. I feel like I have no idea !!!!!! to do! The one good thing is the cat will sleep with me in bed still while the dogs on her bed by the radiator.

Nope not one accident she's really good at waiting to go, hasn't even asked to go out that i'm aware of! I don't mind her in the main room at night but would prefer her in the kitchen as that's where she needs to be if/when I go out & also it means the cat can freely wonder about at night, tho the cats also good at waiting to go out & sleeps on the bed with me while the dogs on the floor.
