For everyone who has been helped by mum of 4's planting plans, I discovered today that there's an award for post of the month and I have nominated her for that here. If some/any of you could pop over and agree that would be splendid :)

I am really embarrassed but really pleased that you all find the plans helpful.

Just make sure we all keep each other updated on progress. I would love to know how much we wipe of tesco's profits
    Kind Regards

Thanks for the planting plan, it will come in very usefull. Can't believe all the detail it must've taken you ages.

Buy your bananas in bunches of 5 on Sunday. Then arrange them in order of ripeness and write a day of the week on each banana in felt pen, Monday on the ripest, Friday on the greenest to save time making those decisions on a hectic weekday morning

Thank you for the plan! I just need to get myself out to measure my diddy plot up.

    Think I will try -

    toms
    peas
    courgette
    lettuce
    radish
    beetroot
    carrots
    leeks
    potatos

All to start with - some say that peas are hard to grow but I'never had a problem I can just never seem to grow enough but not 2009 I'm going into battle with over 2000 pea seeds.

I don't think peas are hard to grow, but they are a bit of a pain to get to the plate :) Especially if you love peas as much as I do and more to the point, eat as much as I do of them.

Almost exactly what I'm growing - except I'm not bothering with potatoes in my small garden. I've got a few raspberry canes on order, and have strawberries in a hanging basket. We've a couple of little apple trees in the front lawn, and a rhubarb plant too. Actually when I think about it I've also just put in some broad beans, and cauliflowers.
