Good Day Playmates!
So sorry to hear about your freezer M.E. you really have better things to spend your precious energy on. Remember to pace yourself (((((hugs)))))
((((((gentle hugs))))))) for Sharon, hope you are feeling a bit better hun? Good news about your DD, bet that's a huge relief, huh? You stay there by the fire and I'll fetch you a nice hot chocolate with marshmallows and squirty cream.
Anyone else want one while I'm making?I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -
Yawns.
Throws fleecy blanket off, stands up, folds blanket neatly and places onto the sofa.
Yes please, I'll have a hot choccie and marshmallows - milk-free of course.0 -
Hello folks.
Hey, Bluedog, good to see you again. I was wondering where you'd got to. Sounds like you've been having an ....er.... interesting time lately.
Sharon, I hope your poor back is a little better. Back ache really is the pits (she says, with feeling).
M.E sorry to hear about the freezer.... but perhaps it's better that it happens now than when you've got half a ton of Xmas stuff in there, if you "do" Xmas.
Poor old Mr LW had to work (from home luckily) yesterday evening. Job was supposed to take 2 hours, ended up taking 3, as the support guys the other end were taking their sweet time responding. I wasn't terribly happy, as I was waiting with candle, incense and wine for us. But he'll get paid overtime,so that's a consolation.
The coffee smells good - I'll have my usual large mug (or small bucket as Mr LW would call it.)If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
Afternoon folks - I know its late, I have been busy on the computer all day:rolleyes: My eyes are achy - a sign of eye strain and my back and shoulders ache. Its my own fault because I dont have a proper office chair to sit on just an old dining chair with a cushion on it which looks more like a misshapen pancake now that I have been sitting on it:rolleyes:
Nice to see Bluedog back and others...sorry can't stop even for a drink so will have a quick sweep up whilst I am here and scoot.
Have a fab weekend all, ME sorry to hear about your freezer, hope the insurance pays out.0 -
It's Friday. Oh yes...at last...
I'll have the house special today please. My new teeth are fine now, I can eat anything. Oh yes...I see weight gain on the horizon. LOL

Good on yer Allydowd - take a pew over by the window. Shift the cats out of the way - they've been hogging the view since the birds started feeding at the table....0

Well, it's time to get off me furry bottom and get Mr LW's dins on the go.
Have a good weekend everyone, see you Monday.:hello:

Oooh poor you Sharon - there's nowt worse than a bad back. I get pain sometimes if I stand for too long so my back siezes up and I can't bend down - although when I did the tree planting the other week I had no bother from it at all:rolleyes:
I shall be nipping in and out myself - just patrolling for trolls.
Just enjoy yourself by the fire and watch telly - there is a good programme on BBC2 at 9pm about barristers.0 -
Morning all! Oh, there's no one here yet. Never mind, I'll just take the chairs down, put the kettle on wipe surfaces and take cakes etc out of the freezer for later. Cats are in and in front of the fire as usual. Hope everyone's as well as they can be today, see you later. Off to do some Christmas shopping, thought it was all done DD wanted money and has changed her mind!!! :wall:Sealed Pot Challenge member 28
