It wasn't the bread...thanks for the idea though. We had our usual bread. We are wondering whether one of our regular safe products has had a "new recipe" make-over...

glad to see all is well and yes, we've had some regular products that have changed their ingredients....often without telling anybody.

I will try the toffee vodka-have taken lots of painkillers today and back still really really painful so hope l can have enough to numb it!

Because of my fatal nut allergy we have to check everything, every time because people change the way it is made OR the factory or something with no warning.

Um sorry about the singe marks by the way, I was only trying to light the table top candles!

Horace's eyebrows are also singed:rotfl: (I just knew I shouldn't have gotten so close to Dragon's breath:eek: ).

Everything I buy these days - says doesnt contain nuts but may be made in a factory that uses nuts. Mind you the funniest notice that I saw once on a packet of nuts was "contains nuts":D

I know someone with a nut allergy - she spent a night in the pub troughing her way through a huge bag of peanuts when she collapsed in the car on the way home - scary or what. I have a few allergies - mainly to all antibiotics which makes life difficult and to fish (all kinds), mushrooms and mustard.

Oops sorry about your eyebrows Horace (it comes of trying out that toffee vodka :rotfl:).

Freezer man came. Needs a new "whatever the thing that does whatever it should do" but cannot be done for another 10 days.
So can I come into the cafe and have whatever is going for the next 10 days?
I fancy fish and chips tonight.
