Okay I need lots of hot drinks, possibly laced with something! I woke up this morning with absolutely no voice (oy! stop cheering in the back ground there - I can hear you, you know!).

I currently look like a hamster on steroids!

Okay Dragon, hot whiskey liberally laced with lemon and honey, coming up.

You just sit by the fire and make yourself comfortable

*throws another log on, and give Dragon a fleecy blanket*

*decides to make a hot alcoholic drink for herself aswell, on Carbonel's advice*

  • Right, I'll just give the place a quick spruce up before the weekend...No doubt the saturday and sunday brigade will be in for the "specials" - can't have the place looking a mess can we ....

Oh Ally, what a fright! Here's your Bailey's coffee, you have a sit down by the fire and settle yourself down (don't get too close to Dragon, it could be catching :D)

Alto, don't touch that yogurt.... I'm trying to grow blue cheese....

Dragon, yes everyone is fine, thanks. We've had a spate of arson attacks in our town. Sometimes it's like being in Beirut! We take fire safety seriously as my partner lost a home to fire as a child. We kinda hoped that would be our one and only encounter with it.

We're going to a firework display tomorrow night so fingers crossed that goes off safely.
