I've got the jacket potatoes ready to go in, and a HUGE bowl of cheese (hmm cheesy stuffed jacket spuds!), also home made tomato soup (to be drunk from mugs of course!), and I have sound proofed two rooms and placed food and drink in there for the cats and dogs!Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

gosh Thorntonone, take a seat next to the fire and let us pamper you...I promise you won't hear any of us tiptoe-ing about so you can catch up on your rest.....

I am really looking forward to the virtual fireworks. Just lovely. I can control the noise and brightness as well as keeping wrapped up in virtual blankets.
Not able to stand outside for a display so the fabulous display here in the cafe is just ideal.
Parkin and treacle toffee, excellent whilst watching the display.
Meanwhile I have done some real paperwork but I NEVER do ironing, real or virtual... hate it and got out of the nasty habit when I didn't have the energy to pick up the iron;););)

I hate ironing too, so everything gets a good shake before it dries and then gets put away.
Oh I have an iron and an ironing board - they are like a piece of artwork in my living room, the board is piled high with useful (uhm useless) bits of paper, photos etc:eek: Think of that Emmet woman and her unmade bed, my ironing board is better than even that:rotfl:
Oh talking about fireworks...and virtual ones, how about having fun with these?

Good one Horace.:D You could play with that for ages!
Talking of the "i" word, my mother even used to iron socks, underwear and towels!!  Weird, or what??If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
My mum did the same Lamewolf:eek: I have an old friend who has a sewing business (she gets paid to sew patches on leather jackets of various bike clubs), then one day I spotted a sign on the side of her van saying Ironing Service, it seems that she has her own Ironing Business in Royal Tunbridge Wells and she now employs people to do the ironing for her because she hates doing it as she much prefers to sew:rotfl:0
