  • Hi all. Just spent afternoon with Dad. They think he's had a small bleed on the brain (he's on Warfarin), but it looks like it's all been caused by some sort of inner ear irregularity. He feels (and looks) very weak and feeble but hopefully meds will pick him up.
Will be on Dad-Sitting duty so his wife can get out and about when she needs to, walk the dogs etc.
Am tuckered out now, so will have a snooze. Thanks for all the good wishes.
I must go, I have lives to ruin and hearts to break :D

CWTA -sorry to hear about yout dad being ill again -sending you all big hugs. Please take some time for you after the concussion you had last week.
Feeling unwell -seems likely to be side effects of the chemotherepy that l had on thursday.Hair dresser came today and shaved my head -she cried as much as l did bless her.Am pleased with the wigs though they look very life like.
Hugs to all in need xxxxxxxx

Sorry to hear you're feeling unwell. What kind of wigs have you got now? Do they match what you had, or having a change?

  • cwta sorry to hear abt your dad, and alarmed that you think he may be giving up - but from what you've said, I suspect he has a very powerful reason to carry on, you, and no, I'm not suggesting you get run over again. Hope he picks up soon.

Sharon hope you feel better soon.

jaz glad the job centre was ok:T

dragon how is the furry one doing?

bz hope the weather is kind to you and the midges have drowned in the bogs :D I know bits of Scotland very well and we had our honeymoon there. DH caught a salmon and was stupid enough to tell someone it was the best bit of the trip - never let him forget that :rotfl:

    pcl how is whitney?

:hello: paw, lw and anyone lurking

I think I've cracked it with Lady Anne. She went out, when I had the front door open, and explored our front garden - then disappeared into next door's. I lost sight of her and shut the door (it was cold and I'm like that :o) Anyway, after 5 mins I saw her jump over the fence into our back garden and eventually she had a wee then came in through the cat flap like civilised cats do :D

I've spent most of the day on the phone again and discovered it's just abt impossible to insure an empty house you don't own  Wonder what my particular soap opera of a life will vomit up tomorrow:question:

All suggestions welcome - the more bizarre the better :D

feel or get better wishes to everyone who needs em.
