    Thank you so much Dragon.

I've calmed down somewhat thankfully - talk about a shock to the system!

It's come like a bolt out of the blue and blown me away at how he's gone about it and the speed of it all too. There's no going back this time either - enough is enough. I just can't believe what he was writing to her with me being sat only a few feet from the pc!!

I'm a survivor and will get through it. I'll hold my head up, walk tall with one step at a time. Onward and upward is where I'm going to head.

I feel like a bit of comfort food now so will get a hot chocolate with whipped cream and get a hot water bottle to see if that will help ease the back ache. I can't get comfortable and it hurts too much to sleep ... not that there's much of that happening tonight anyway!!

Can I have a full on really bad for you fry up for breakfast this morning. I am so angry at myself, I caved and started smoking again today, knew I was getting agitated but didn't realise it was quite this bad.
I sit here moaning no one ever gets in touch or visits and then when they do I want them to go and leave me alone. What is my problem?
I used to be me !! what happened

(((((Bluedog))))) I dunno what to say mate, shall we have a joint howl? Only just seen your post as I've been offline for a couple of days.

Veggyboy :naughty: please get off the ciggies again as soon as you can.

I'll settle for a large iced coffee I think, oh, and a big bottle of after-sun soothing lotion; I got 'orribly burnt yesterday and don't know where to put myself today.

Full English with fried bread on it's way - now settle down and eat that and THROW THOSE CIGGIES OUT! Er hem sorry about that, re the visits - if you are on your own a lot then even though you want company you find after a little while (and that can be a really short while! like 5 mins!) you just can't cope because you are not used to it!

You need to build your tolerance up for company again :D

Gentle hugs coming Bluedog and Lamewolf's way - Bluedog how are the mini bluedog's coping? Lamewolf have some aftersun, and a parasol!

I think I will stick with All Day Breakfast and salads today on the menu, along with large jugs of Pimm's No.1, chilled white wine (still and sparkling), gin and tonic and various fruit juices

Thank you! It was worth it, as I went to see my lupine friends at the Anglian Wolf Society.

I think there were about 30 people there - they limit the numbers so as not to stress the wolves out. I went with Mr LW, and we took loads of pictures.

There are 5 wolves - Cheza and Peyto who are 8 year old brothers, the female Sefka, who is a little younger than the boys, and Cheza and Sefka's daughters, Kaya and Aiyana, who are 3 years old.

If anyone's interested, you can see them at http://www.anglianwolf.com
