Welcome back, M.E. The weather has gone mega-cold at the moment - white frost on the lawn this morning, so I suggest you haul your chair up to the fire *puts another log on* and enjoy your hot toddy.

Sorry haven't been in for a while - I have been mega busy.

Nice to see you back M.E - your month has flown by.

It is cold here today so I think it is back to wearing polo necks - yesterday I was in a t-shirt:eek:

    Happy Sunday folks!

Welcome back ME! Its very cold here today, and you'll be feeling the cold especially with being tired, so take good care of yourself.

I'm desperate for a full English breakfast with all the trimmings!

    (shhhhh..... don't tell my calorie-counting buddies :A)

Had a busy weekend.... daughter turned up out of the blue (she's in the Navy)... and then I spent Saturday ringing handbells for a concert coming up at the end of the month. Yesterday we went to Lakeside and tried to get a new watch strap for DD1's watch... no luck so she bought a new watch and sent the original watch off to Casio's. She has to have a digital watch with specific stop watch facilities for her work as a navigator.
DD2 in Russia phoned and is now settling down. She had been a tad homesick. Thankfully she is much perkier this week.
I've recovered from jetlag and will attempt to get the house back into some order. OH did not do a great deal when I was away... hey who cares...

Coffee is on and soup is ready for lunch. What better excuse for a half hour sit down and read through the paper.

Wow, what a busy day yesterday! Didn't get online, as I spent the first part of the day (up to 15:50) alternating between cooking/baking and updating membership records.

If that sounds weird, the idea was to do a bit in the kitchen, then when I got tired, sit at the 'puter and do some of the "paperwork" and so on.

Then Mr LW took me into town to pick up my meds - he was on early shift working from home, so was around to take me.

Anyway, I'm totally and utterly cream crackered today, so if someone would pass me a nice mug of Earl Grey tea, I'd be most grateful.

    One earl grey coming up...

I've had a complicated week. had more dental work done which didn't go according to plan. Sigh. And has left me feeling sick and tired.
