keep tinkering with it. Try changing it from Super Saver to First Class to Urgent (or whatever the 'best' option is) and then split into as many packages. Then change back. I ended up getting at least a dozen emails informing me of all my changes.

I was thinking about using this but did not really want order delivered quickly so I used normal supersaver. I ordered on Friday evening (14th) and was given a delivery date of 20-22nd. It was despatched yesterday (17th) and arrived today (18th). I would say that was fairly good!

worked for me - ordered late on 17th, estimated delivery 25th, changed to 21st and delivered this morning

I ordered two items on supersaver yesterday and then did this. One item was dispatched today. Thank you very much!!!

Woo hoo! This one still works! I just complete the checkout process and change my delivery method after that... Chose Free SuperSaver at first, then changed to First Class but the date is still not NextDay, so I chose Express Delivery before changing to Free SuperSaver again. And now, the estimate date is next day and I'm really hoping it will arrive as estimated!

Same happened to me! But maybe more tricky to get it to work with just the one item? or maybe, more likely, I bogged it up!!

Just bumping this thread as Amazon seem to have changed the system. When you select despatch as become available (or whatever it is called....) together with first class, and then switch back to supersaver, it then asks you to confirm that you want deliveries grouped into as few as possible...

Hope this does not compromise the overall effect - perhaps users of this "feature" can report back as to whether it still works?

I placed an order last Wed. for a new camera. I then switched it to Next day and back. It updated my delivery estimated to Friday - it didn't arrive by then but I later discovered my bank had blocked my card.. I complained they didn't let me know about this (I think they don't).

They apologised. I resubmitted my details and I am now having it delivered by Parcelforce and have a £5 voucher for the delay (I had to ask for the voucher after they apologised - any ideas the best way to ask! I just said "Perhaps a voucher would help prove your deication to enhancing the customer experience lol)

I don't think Super Saver orders normally come via PArcelforce - although the package is valuable - so I guess that counts as this still working... or perhaps I am mistaken?
