hi all,just a quick line to agree with Neal about the fine work done today by
the team.For anyone not at the meeting it is clear that for all the rights or
wrongs in this,Desi is the only one who has tried to find a solution rather than
walk away saying "nothing to do with me" which is what Brendan has done.So on
this basis while he sits counting our money in his bank account i am backing the
decision arrived at today.Tell me when the money is needed and it will be

The court case will prove if he has taken the money. I'm still waiting for the outcome. Jag and Keith have been very quiet about this. I did hear that he had won the case.
Where was Jag yesterday? Thought it very strange he didn't attend.
I still thought it odd that we now don't have to pay the VAT that we had to pay but still need extra dough. Is it VAT? Are the apartments finished?

Just got back from the meeting – so good to meet you all – even if I had to travel to the other side of the world! Let’s have the next one at the spit &sawdust club at Bloxwich on Sea.

Just a few thoughts on my long drive back up north:-

• Meeting better organised than the previous ones

2. Fair play to our 2 tinker friends turning up but think they are taking the p*** if they think I am parting with more funds. What has happened to all the properties she has had away?
I did say that the hat would be passed around – this was more predictable than Cliff Richard releasing an album before xmas

• Can we get the transcript from the recent court case. If what her solicitor says its true then why did Maxwell not have his assets frozen. I understand she has had over 2 Million euros from maxwell, sold land plots, sold other properties, sold the offices and pocketed all this money. Where is this money?
• Why was not all of the Penthouse 4 present? Do Birmingham Council admin staff now have to work Sundays. All this dawn til dusk working and he ducks the most important meeting to date. We could have done with him on stage to take the minutes. I reckon he has turned now the court case is finished and is on Maxwells side. Two Brummies in a pod
• I know where my money has gone and it has gone. Sorry folks I am on my own and I will ensure that I take them tinkers with me. What was I thinking buying a property in a third rate, war torn, back street, corrupt and deprived Eastern Block Country. I don’t mean Hereford, Keith, although I think Corruption does spring to mind when your name crops up. How much have you been paid?

Who stole the money? That has not been proven but a UK judge refuses to freeze Maxwell's assets as presumably there no evidence suggetsing he has done it

davey1944having lived here on and off for some time with the exception of a few good bulgaians i know and trust most of them are crocodiles the only difference is a croc will bite off your hand the bulgarian will take your hand and your money!! i keep hearing about how nice they are dont be fooled this is ussually when they are ripping you off for the most part they are arrogent conceited corrupt and lie all the time and always looking for ways to take as much money as possible with little or no effort i think this boils down to jeulasy of the have against the have not ,the other words you will seldom here are please, thank you or god forbid sorry does that not say it all about these people who i have met on the other hand as i have said previousley ther are some verry good ones who are more trust worthy than some english people or companys ! may i also put a plug in for de jannys restaurant sunny beach who are excellant both food and service and would recommend to any of you coming over here.:mad:

the full address for the company who were operating amba in england is amber upvc fabrications roman way coleshill bham .Which is mainly and still is to the best of my knowledge a seller of double glazing and dabbled as a side line in property when in my opinun they could see a huge profit to be made ithink my opiniun only is when the euro crashed against the pound they only used the same amount of pounds and bought less euros instead of propingup the shortfall in sterling i repeat this is only my opiniun

to the person saying stupld- ambasun are a joke and will definatly be damaging your wealth if you have anything to do with them ispend long periods of time here in sunny beach where up to last year they had two offices now closed!? on talking about my own problems and the company involved to other agents they all told me without exception how bad they were i for my part would trust satan himself rather than this bunch of comedians and incompatent idiots they also charged extortionate commision on sales when they were operating under ambasun bulgarias name and have done nothing but harm to ambasun bulgarias reputation !!!!!!!!!!!!!! :mad: :mad::mad:
