Somewhere in this lengthy thread - nearly 800 posts - I suggested getting the British consulate in Bulgaria to recommend a good English-speaking lawyer to represent you there. Whilst I know little about the goings-on, that still seems a good plan to me. Why don't you contact the consulate, get a couple of names, speak to them, and then put this forward at the next meeting?

Just found out about the meeting on Sunday. I have purchased in Shatto and have no idea what happened in the court case. Is the meeting open to anyone? Is it relevant to the Shatto purchasers? Is it still on?

Just read the part of this thread, heard that "we lost the court case", but don't really know who "we" are.

Can anyone enlighten me in very simple terms.

As far as im aware the meeting is still going ahead. It includes all developments.

You might as well attend the meeting, but It would be important to bring documentation with you to show that you are a genuine buyer.

Sorry. I can't help you. Becasue of the distance i've booked in to the Castle House Hotel for the night or else i would have done. Its too far to travel from the north east on the morning

No they are not. They were on theer last week but seemed to have been removed.

I have a copy of the pages though. Desi loves Porsche according to her facebook page. You can still get most of her mates on there though.
