  • meeting arranged by poppy keith with desi and anna going but maxwell not invited. hokey cokey at the moment as this morning it was goin to be 7th november then it is the eighth in hereford (is that in London ?). Now walsall possy have said we can have at their gaff in bloxwich on sea and they will throw in some jellied eels and pork pies plus there is a bar. I am on for bloxwich as it is nearer to toon than hereford plus they do a good pint of mild. there is also only one way out so we can block the exit if things get nasty.

At this meeting please can we :-

    1. Not let Keith waffle on - nice bloke and all that but he needs to stick to the facts.

    2. Keep Jag away and his advice or at least keep him off the stage.

    3. Establish how much is left in the pot.

    4. Ensure we do not have to part with more funds to Desi and Anna

    5. Find out when we can have our deeds.

    6. Get Desi's assurance that she will not liquidate the companies until we have our property.

    7. Can we have the main points listed to speak to Desi and Anna on so it does not end up in a free for all and waste of time.

    8. ask Anna about this champertie that is being mentioned by a few and how it works

Desi has stated that she will only make a guest appearance if we pay her £500 per client.

She wants to play Mr T in the new A team movie so she can can. "What you all looking at suckers"

I have no idea about what's gone on, so can't advise you. There's no reason to believe that Jag did the work in Council-paid time, though. I am a bit perplexed about taking on a solicitor who is friendly with one of the major players in this case. Wasn't there a potential conflict of interest?

Usually, in these group actions, there's a steering committee of claimants that oversee the solicitors. You didn't have that?

As to complaining to the Council, it might be worth a try, as he used his position at the council to induce people to take him on. There's a post on this forum where he uses that as part of his credentials.

Jag was self elected leader. I think people were a bit in awe that he was supposed to be a solicitor, albeit only working for the local council. After making enquiries myself it would appear that the councils tend to take on the drop outs from legal firms or no hopers as they don't pay them too much.
I will write to the council and make a complaint.

As for a steering committe. What should they be doing. Again there is a self elected committee who are making all the decisions and spending money that clients have put in to a pot.
No one has actually stated how this money has been spent
  • Spoke to Anna earlier. Her and Desi are just setting off for next weeks meeting.

Because times are tough they have reverted back to the old means of transport

Hopefully the horse will have the legs to get them here.

Is there a field next to the meeting place for him to stock up on grass.

No need to for Swingers hotel this time. They will bunk up in the back of their house

Sadly, it sounds like it is totally out of control. How much money did you contribute?
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

We were asked to contribute £300 each but we havn't been told how much was actualy raised. I calculated about £40k which is enough to buy him an apartment. Surprisingly he has now been recognised by the women running the Bulgarian company.
Now he and another guy keith have called a meeting which no doubt they will asking us to get the cheque book out again.
