Hi All


Keith , Jag, Stuart and anyone else out there who wishes to listen.

My question is simple, where does the group go from here in order for
everyone to get their apartments?, which was the main objective of the
forum to be set up.

Keith, Jag, Stuart feel free to add your comments which hopefully will
give people the direction required to fulfill the objective.

The 7 inner sanctum members decided to have a meeting at Keiths. Off they went down to his house

soon jaggy see the house in the distance. he recognised it from teh sign in the garden




The group decided they needed a theme for the meeting. Jaggy decided it should be an annual event and created his agenda

He created a document called Swingfest 2008

Susanne was new to all this






But she soon got in to the swing of it


Keith had to leave off the action for a bit to respond to Noels questions
There are a lot of options to consider and ways forward and we need to find
the best way. At least we are still here but it is not fair to make
decisions without considering all options, because what might be right for
one person will not be right for another. There are so many clients with
different circumstances, but as a group we will work it out.

Hi everyone,

Sorry about the delay in getting back to you all, I have been on the road
for three days and have not had access to my laptop I have however answered
all telephone calls to those who have contacted me. I can see that Brendon
is still feeding certain individuals information to divide the group.

First of all let me remind Mr Cornell that the only reason he has been given
the opportunity to take his course of action is because Desi is still
solvent (but failed to prove she has assets)which is more than you can say for Amba Sun UK., but when you are
only thinking about yourself that is understandable.(kettle - black) If you have your deeds
frozen I congratulate you but would you please be kind enough to show this
to the group now as you have stated that you have done this. I dare say that
you will eventually get your deeds but that could take up to five years (in
your case good luck) Now mark I have been very patient and understanding
with your situation but the fact now is that you have only partly paid for
your apartment so I now understand why, you are not, and will never be
recognised as a client (and are you now recognised Keith)whereas other clients who have tried to work towards
a solution will be recognised.

Now for the facts there was no secret meeting (thats a shame- it sounded like fun) everything that was suggested
was proposed in the form of an agreement which we all agreed to but then got
written off the next day by Brendon.

Now for the hearing, Desi and the developers tried to keep Brendons assets
frozen to financially protect her, the developers, and the clients but after
a strong defence who pointed out that Brendon has no intention of
disappearing of the face of the earth (I have tried to contact him today and his phone just rings out. Has anyone managed to speak to him since the case finished?)his assets were released. The Judge
did not make a decision immediately so I can only assume that it could have
gone either way(We like the ones that go either way don't we Keith).

Despite this disappointment and lack of security Desi is adamant that she
with the help of the clients will finish all of the developments can someone
please tell me what assurances we have from Brendon. (see above Keith - is he still around)

Desi has agreed to come over to England to discuss the way forward and there
are several options. But let me ask you the clients is it better to have a
meeting with the rep's or should it be a free for all were it take to long
to get to the main issues (because I would not like to be accused of holding
a secret meeting). I can only state once again that Desi and the developers
want to finish the apartments.

I apologise for the rushed email. Just though I needed to clarify a few
issues, if I didn't I'm sure I would be accused of going underground.

Thanks for that Donna. It seems so hard to know what to do at the moment. I feel that sticking with the group is the best option right now, and we are a tight group. A meeting for all seems the next thing we have to do. Lets stay strong!

To seek fair play in the filtering of the “idiots” I have devised a simple quiz. Unlike some I do not think it is fair to exclude Sheila because she cannot spell.
