Anyone Purchasing Property From Ambasun Bulgaria?

Had the following email today from Nadya, take from it what you will:
Dear Simon and Nicky,
I understand that it is very confusing getting conflicting information from all sides. That`s why we have invited a few clients on a meeting where everything will be cleared up to them and afterwards they will be able to confirm this with the others /as an independant side/ and confirm also the level of the building construction of each development. However at the moment I am having problems with these representatives not wanting to provide any contacts from them. I hope that they will change their mind very soon because their purpose of attending the meeting is exactly to be able to be got hold of them.
At some point it was decided that only the ground level of Pearl 3 where the facilities will be located, will be done. The construction of Pearl 3 hasn`t been started yet because Amba UK have sent no money about it. As soon as the issues with Amba UK are sorted out and the developer recives the money, the construction will be started.
The clients of Pearl 3 were moved to Pearl 1 and 2 or Cornelia complex. there is only one client which Amba UK dealt with him and now it appears that they ddin`t inform him about the non performance of the building. He took legal procedures about it of course.
The work of Albatros was ceased temporary but now it is under construction. The development doesn`t have Act 15, I don`t know who thought it out. Besides the developer of Albatros is different from the developer of Cornelia complex, Pearl complex and Dawn Park.
The building progress of Cornelia complex goes on very well and there are no reasons to think at present that there will be a delay of the construction work. I have just now received infromation that next week we expect to get Act 15 for Cornelia 1 which marks the completion of the construction of the building. Please, be prepared to pay your final payment.
We keep in touch with the other clients for the other developments, so they are informed about the construction level of the relevant building.
Only the clients of Pearl complex will have an acces to the facilities of Cornelia complex temporary till the facilities of Pearl 3 are done.
The meeting will be between clients and the developer of Golf and Ski Property Ltd, Delagio Ltd and Cornelia Group Ltd, her solicitor and Anna Pravchanska.
There has never been an issue who what payments has been done! We have never asked a client for more money than he owes! Where did you get this infromation from?

Obviously with the payments comments, we've already gone back and challenged them because it is Desi etc that said they've had a shortfall in the payments. Seems they don't know what each other is doing.
Loads of information at last.
However, still I am puzzled. Nadya says that Pearl3 has not been started because ambasun have failed to send over teh money to build it but she goes on to say that all clients except one have been moved to Pearl 1 & 2 and cornelia. So, is it lack of sales that cause it not to be built or are Ambasun obliged to pay for a building to be built. I thought ambasun were agents. have they committed to pay for the build of the development? Hopefully this will be cleared up next week. It does appear however that all developments other than Pearl 3 are progressing which makes me sleep easier0 -

Just had a little lookie on Companies House, makes interesting reading, our friend Mr Brendan Maxwell is the Ambasun culprit and it was his name that cropped up when speaking with the developers in Bansko, company secretary and director until 4th March 08 when he resigned. Directors now seem to be Dawn Roberts and Paul Bevan, yet Mr Maxwell is still the main shareholder. Unfortunately for the names mentioned Companies House provide ALL details, date of births, profit/loss and even their HOME ADDRESS. £10 well spent me thinks.
The accounts available go up to 30th June 2007 which is very interesting.
Although the accounts from that date forward is due to come out 30th April 2009. Can't wait0 -

We have received a reply from our Solicitor and he has given us some really useful information and advice that we are happy to share at the meeting, as long as people can confirm that they are genuine buyers. How will we know if there are any representatives of either Ambasun or Delagio present? Our Solicitor has agreed to be contactable by phone during the meeting if necessary. We look forward to meeting you all on Sunday.0

At the meeting I had on Thurs day with Amba I was given a copy of the bank transfers and spreadsheet that show my payments going over to Bulgaria. Amba have said they are more than happy to give the same report to anyone that wants them. I have the name of who you should email if you want to receive a copy. PM me if you want the details or I will pass the information over on Sunday. I will also discuss further on Sunday what was said at the meeting I attended. Amba Sun advised that they are more than happy to meet with a representative group of people if we want.0

I think its a good idea for everyone to bring a copy of their contract with them so we know on Sunday thet all that attend the meeting have a legitimate interest. We can all sign an attendance sheet with out details on ie name,email address and development. We can use this then to forward actions and mintues from the meeting.0
