Hi Peral 1.
Interesting info, cheers, You seem to know a lot about Mr. Maxwell's personal dealings, i.e. his property purchase in 2004. How do you know these points of detail, are you personally connected with him or something?0 -
Companies House is my new toy, gives out amazing info, try it. Any notification of new directors, shares, accounts, profits, expenditure etc are all available, some free, the rest you pay £1 per report.
The only connection myself and Mr Maxwell have, will be my foot and his ar*e
Guilty until proven innocent0 -
I think its a good idea for everyone to bring a copy of their contract with them so we know on Sunday thet all that attend the meeting have a legitimate interest. We can all sign an attendance sheet with out details on ie name, email address and development. We can use this then to forward actions and mintues from the meeting.0

Hi all
Have had a PM from a friend of mine in Bulgaria who has been looking into the background of the companies after the Watchdog programme. It appears that the land for Delageo was bought from someone called Anna Pravchanska. She is attending the meeting next week as client solicitor. Is this name the John Smith of the UK or have we got a Bulgarian Dream scenario. This has to be a good question for next week0 -
Hi you all,
really looking forward to seeing you all on Sunday. From our e mail club I have already compiled a spreadsheet with names, usernames, contact numbers and e mail addresses, as well as development names. This is in parts a bit holey, but I am sure we can fill the rest in on Sunday.
As mentioned previously, we should bring all the variations of contracts that are out there, just to compare and maybe also the Purchase Contract Agreement, the yellow copy.
I also made a copy of all e mail communication received from Nadya and Anna, some of it quite interesting or possibly confusing.0 -
Hi All
Just found this web site, Bought in Cornelia 1 and been having e mails between Desi etc and discussions with Ambasun. Desi says we have underpaid eventhough we have paid all stage payments including the last to Cornelia group themselves. I spoke to Annette at Ambasun last week and she has confirmed all payments have been sent and that they will e mail confirmation and proof that all my payments have been sent to cornelia group. Cornelia group have confirmed that they have received the last installment. Annette also let slip that their commission was 8K Euros which had been deducted from the first payment as per their contarct with Cornelia group. I await e mail from Ambasun with information as i understand one of you alreday have.
Sorry cannot make sundays meeting but would like an update afterwards if possible.
Looks like there is a lot of us in the same position0 -
Yes I had heard too that some of the land bought for our developments may have come from Anna. But at the end of the day does it matter to us where and who's land was used as long as the developments are completed and have the correct paperwork associated with it.0

I would suggest that we have an agenda to conccnetrate minds and avoid rambling. I would view principle points as followis:
1. Transfer of funds - I suggest 1 letter should be written to Ambasun deatiling owners requesting documentary proof of payment.
2. Compare contracts - common terms, variations and other issues
3. Timing of final payment
4. Reps details for meeting
5. Nomination of sunday meeting rep
Re point 5, I suggest 1 letter should be written to Ambasun & Desi/Anna to convey we would wish raised and resolved at their meeting0 -
Good morning all,
Received this yesterday and have forwarded to my solicitor for his comments. The terms of our contract with Ambasun have now been broken as the completion date with Habitation 16 in place was 31.12.08. Does anyone else think this that the timing of this request - before the meeting in Bulgaria - is peculiar? I have already informed both parties that I am not willing to send any further monies until this situation is sorted out - it seems that Bulgaria has decided to simply cut Ambasun out of the proceedings entirely, in which case what was the point of paying for an Agent? and also ignore both mine and my solicitors emails. Has anyone else received this or has this term in their contract?
Mrs. Watt,
We would like to notify you that we are expecting to receive Act 15 for the Cornelia development within one week. This means that according to the signed preliminary contract you will have to transfer your next installment. Please keep this in mind so that you have enough time to organize the money transfer. As soon as we receive the certificate we will send you the official translated notification.
Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
Kind Regards,
Cornelia Group Team
