Anyone Purchasing Property From Ambasun Bulgaria?

There was an official letter i received from Delagio the other week, saying that they 'Delagio' had started court proceedings against AmbaSun UK in London, because they have withheld funds or something.

No further info other than this was given.

Did anyone else get this?

Surely the issue lies with AmbaSun UK and that the developer (However many names & companies they call themselves) is as fed up as we are with the whole thing, and wants things resolved just like we do!!!!!

Weather there's any true in this I don't know, I don't how you check what Court proceeding have been opened recently.

Ive spoke to Amba Sun Uk today and although they have been made aware of the meeting by clients like ourselves Desi and Delagio havent invited them to attend. I guess this means that the people at the meeting will be Delagio ie Desi, Anna and the reps. I was told by Amba uk that they were aware of the names of some of the reps but had been asked not to divulge who they were because they didnt want the pressure from everyone contacting them. I can partly understand this I guess. They were aware of the reps for Pearl 1 and Cornelia but not Dawn Park.

According to the e mail by Nadya the reps were only there to witness the discussions, now we know that Amba is not attending, what is there to discuss, I thought it was about their disputes and the fact that the last time a meeting was called, both parties stated the other one had not turned up, so this time they wanted to have reps as witnesses.

WARNING! do not trust anything that ambasun uk says. if delagio were going to fold they would just do so, cut off the phones and lock up the office and disappear into the sunset. i believe they are doing their best to see everything through, otherwise they would notbe contacting everybody and organising meetings. i tend to believe delagio because ambasun uk do not exactly have a great track record, or does it owner's when it comes to releasing funds.

So I gather from the last 3 posts that amba uk know about the meeting that desi is holding- with clearly just her office staff- and they know that there is now a large group of digruntled people gathering-I think we must put pressure on amba uk to hand over those names and there contact details. If the reps exist they might not know about all of us-I only came across mse by chance-the reps might want to have our support- I know i'm glad of it. Why would Desi tell amba about a meeting that they couldn't attend and yet tell amba not to pass on details to us the clients. If they are in dispute-why help each other?

I believe that if ambasun uk are telling the truth then what is their problem with providing the documentation that would prove they sent the money, thus clearing their name and preventing the court action that has been instigated against them. would delagio really be so stupid to bring a court action against them if ambasun had sent the money? . . .enough said

Had a super email from Nadya today, although there is a little more information in it, I especially like the bit about our attitude, read and disbelieve:


Dear Mr and Mrs Bates,
Our manager hasn`t been in Sofia the last week, so we are preparing now the agenda and details of the meeting which we will send to all clients, not only to the representatives because of the big interest.
We have invited already representatives for Pearl complex but if you are willing to come, you are welcome. But it will be on your own expenses. You should book flights for the period 19-22.02.09 if possible because it is long enough for the meeting and to visit the development in Bansko.
I don`t like your attitude at all, please be more understandable because we are not the company that put you in this position and we fininced the building of the development by our own means for a few months. We trying very hard to keep your and out interest and I think you should appreciate it because by now we saw no assistance from you.
By the way you are buying a property in Cornelia 1 which progress very well and will keep the completion terms.
I will speak with the representatives now and if they agree I will send you their e-mail addresses.
