Anyone Purchasing Property From Ambasun Bulgaria?

I will ask at my meeting with Amba Sun tomorrow if anyone from there side will be attending. Ive already asked Anna the Solicitor and she said she was going. At a meeting previously before xmas both parties said the other one didnt attend.

We have asked Amba repeatedly to provide evidence of our payments being forwarded, sofar they have never delivered and someone who could is always stuck in the snow or away at a meeting. I would have thought that six month is enough of anyones time to get this provided. When we asked for this, we got a letter listing the amounts and dates received and confirmation that these had been passed on as per contract to the solicitor or developer. they do not even confirm who they have actually sent the money to, never mind providing any evidence.

The only role of these representatives will be to witness the discussions. These are ordinary clients like yourself, not having more infromation than yourself. Can you answer all clients` questions by yourself? I doubt. The same is valid about the representatives.

Hi everyone. Our solicitor advised us to hang onto our final payment, but it would also invalidate our contract to pay it to Bulgaria, as it clearly states that all payments must be paid to Ambasun UK and as far as he, and we are concerned, Ambasun is the company we are buying from, therefore English law applies. Also was told that Desi had 2 reps for our Block - but won't give me the contact details until after the meeting. Am interested in attending the meeting at Leicester Forest on Sunday next, weather permitting as I live in the north of England.

Who are these discussions with? My understanding was that the representatives would see the developments and get an update on the situation
