I was also told by Vesi in January that the building of Pearl 3 has been suspended. Also when it is built it will have leisure facilities only here are no appartments being built.

This is my understanding also, although foundations for the build wont start for a least a year and completion will obviously be later. I was told this on my recent visit, we will be able to use the facilities in the Cornelia 100 yards away.

Anyone who is withholding final payment on their development and who have private messaged me, in which case i have responded to you, what do you think of my idea of us forming as a group, explaning our concerns to management at ambasun or the developers of the position that we are in. Please let me know your thoughts. Cheers.

Hi All

I came accross this thread as I too have purchased an apartment in Dawn Park. And am very concerned.

This whole process has been one big let down, from the minute I put pen to paper, nearly 2.5 years ago.

I have made all my payments on time, the last one being in Dec direct to Delagio the developer and am now seriously concerned as to weather i'm going to either get my apartment or loose my money.

I have spoken direct to Vesi in Bulgaria along with Anna the solicitor and even AmbaSun (When i can get hold of them) and they all say despite the differences between the partners (or whatever), that the development is on time and due for completion March/April this year.

I believe a holiday company is also interested in taking on the property and gauranteing a rental return from package holidays, but this seems to have gone quiet aswell.

Due to my work nature it is very difficult for me to find time to travel etc, so would appreciate anyone who is keeping a contacts list of owners, please add me to it and if you could keep me in the loop that would be much appreciated.

We would like to inform you that we are not sending you the contacts of the representatives invited to the official meeting prior the event. The information they have got is no different than what each of you has got so they are unable to provide you any help or news.
Please respect our decision and if you have any questions or queries, address them to ourselves as we are also protecting your interests and we will present them at the meeting.
As promised, we will send you the representatives' contacts after the meeting so you can get the up dates from them.

I have just received the same e-mail from Delagio Ltd.

So i have asked them back, if they plan on providing information to us after the meeting, or if we have to contact the 'representative' for our apartments, to get the information?

My concering thought is. Is this the point inwhich they say right were pulling the plug, thanks for your cash now see ya!!!

So here is my responce from Delagio.

We will provide you the details after the meeting as we promised.
As for the management contract - it will be send to all the purchasers in "Dawn park" in the spring so they will be able to decide wether to take advantage of the option.

We will keep you up to dated.

Just to advise that the pictures on the Delagio web site of Dawn park have again changed today and we now seem to have new pictures showing the development at a more advanced stage which does seem promising. There are now balconies fitted etc.

We have also received the standard letter from Desi saying we will receive details of reps after the meeting! I think this is ridiculous. If they are our reps they need to have our input and to ensure individual concerns are put forward. It makes me suspicious as to whether they exist!
